Tax & Advise was founded in 2010 with the objective of managing internationalisation on behalf of businesses and today has a loyal customer base and an ever-increasing client portfolio.

Thanks to their analytical expertise and knowledge of both economic and fiscal law, Tax & Advise is the ideal partner for businesses setting out on a path of internationalisation that require professional support in the target country, from experts of that nationality who have a profound knowledge of the relevant market.

Their Mission is to manage their clients’ internationalisation, taking care of all legal, financial and fiscal aspects, with the aim of giving the business a genuine advantage and ensuring growth in the chosen market.

The biggest challenge of this project was to complete all the works, within the three weeks deadline required by Tax and Advise.

THE PROJECT

Lopez Landa Interiors carried out this Turnkey project for Tax & Advise in their new offices at 10 Philpot Lane,

achieving a remarkable three weeks programme from order to completion.

The space was originally fitted to a Cat A standard, where we carried out all mechanical and electrical works needed to provide the office with all power, data, A/C, lighting and fire alarm requirements, making sure we met all building regulations requirements.

Tax and Advise was looking for a bright and clean workspace, emphasising in the importance of achieving a space that represented their ethos and culture.

THE PROJECT

Lopez Landa Interiors carried out this Turnkey project for Tax & Advise in their new offices at 10 Philpot Lane,

achieving a remarkable three weeks programme from order to completion.

The space was originally fitted to a Cat A standard, where we carried out all mechanical and electrical works needed to provide the office with all power, data, A/C, lighting and fire alarm requirements, making sure we met all building regulations requirements.

Tax and Advise was looking for a bright and clean workspace, emphasising in the importance of achieving a space that represented their ethos and culture.

After an initial briefing meeting on site, our design team fully defined the lay out,

locating a run of offices and meeting rooms along the front façade of the building, enclosing them with a fully glazed front run to cast as much natural light to the open plan office as possible.

As part of the scheme, we installed a set of five benches of desks with a white laminated top and an oak wooden effect frame work to match the new floor coverings, complete with monitor arms and a low level dividing screen in bright red, to bring a touch of colour into the office.

We also provided the office with a new canteen / break out area, formed by a straight run kitchenette in a white gloss finish, to contrast with the bright red vinyl floor and splashback, maintaining the clean lines and high contrast throughout.
Another of the major requirements was the need for storage, which was accomplished by installing various storage walls at various levels, providing a stylish and effective storage solution.

The biggest challenge of this project was to complete all the works, including the furniture installation, within the three weeks deadline required by Tax and Advise.

Our contracts team made sure to accomplish the delivery date by efficientely managing the entire process, keeping Tax and Advise informed throughout the whole project, ensuring that we overcame any technical issues encountered during the project.
