linking Miniclip’s existing office, located in the 2^nd floor of the building with their new space located in the 1^st floor.

The first stage of the project was to adapt the 2^nd floor to create a compartment in their existing office to ensure the area occupied by the staircase was fully fire rated and compartmentalised throughout the entirety of the project.

After this, the strip out works commenced throughout the 1^st floor ceiling area, decommissioning the AC and ventilation system to suit the newly formed lay out.

As part of the strip out, our team fully removed all ceiling sections in the areas where the soffit was going to remain exposed.

in this amazing project, ensuring all areas were completed to the highest standards.

Once the steel staircase was completed, our joinery team fully cladded the staircase with oak panels, matching the finish with a photorealistic vinyl all around the curved wall perimeters.

Another great feature in this project was the introduction of curved glass partitioning underneath the staircase structure to form 2 focus rooms, making the best use possible of all available space.

One of the most ‘playful’ elements of this project is the introduction of a laser cut rubber flooring in their breakout area, creating an intricate design of lettering and various sport pitches throughout the space, with a matching linear lighting design mirroring some of the lines in the floor.
